Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the 131 platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between 131 and all users. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.
These Terms apply to all users — registered members, guest users, and anyone visiting for information only. 131 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Important: These Terms apply only to individuals aged 18 or above residing in Bangladesh. Minors are not permitted to register.

Account Creation & Security Policy
Registration Requirements
To open an account with 131, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- Each individual may create one account only.
- You must register using accurate and truthful information.
- The mobile number used for registration must be your own.
- Opening an account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
Password & Security
You are responsible for keeping your account secure:
- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- If you notice any suspicious activity, report it to the support team immediately.
- Log out after using a public device.
- 131 is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your account.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
All members must follow the rules below while using the platform.
- Placing bets and playing games legitimately from your own account.
- Claiming promotions and bonus offers in accordance with eligibility requirements.
- Depositing and withdrawing funds from your own account.
- Reporting any issue to the support team.
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
- Harassing or engaging in harmful conduct toward other users.
Violating any of the above prohibitions gives 131 the right to suspend or permanently close the account, and to take legal action where necessary.
Payment, Transactions & BDT Policy
All transactions on 131 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals.
Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. Your account balance is updated once a deposit is confirmed. Minimum deposit amounts apply and vary by payment method.
Withdrawal requests are processed within a specified timeframe. Withdrawals may not be approved if bonus rollover requirements have not been met. Additional information may be requested for identity verification.
If a suspicious transaction is detected, 131 may temporarily suspend the account and conduct an investigation. Depositing funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence.
Note: 131 may apply service charges to certain transactions. Third-party payment gateways may charge their own fees, for which 131 is not responsible. All transactions are governed by the applicable financial regulations of Bangladesh.
Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability
Reasons for Account Suspension or Closure
131 may suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:
- Violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.
- Operating multiple accounts or committing identity fraud.
- Abusing bonuses or exploiting system errors.
- Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months).
- Account closure at the user's own request.
Limitation of Liability
131 is not liable for the following:
- Game or betting losses resulting from internet disconnection.
- Delays or failures caused by third-party payment services.
- Account information leaked due to the user's own negligence.
- Losses incurred during technical errors or server downtime.
- The activities of third-party websites or services.
Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Governing Law
All content on the 131 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, images, and other materials — is owned by 131 and protected under copyright law. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using this content without permission is strictly prohibited.
The 131 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for informational purposes only. 131 is not responsible for the content, policies, or actions of any third-party website. Accessing those sites is entirely at your own risk.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Bangladesh. By accepting these Terms, the user agrees to submit to that jurisdiction.
131 may update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. For significant changes, registered members will be notified where possible. It is each user's responsibility to review this page regularly.
